01The landscape

Two hundred and forty hectares where the ocean, the pine forest and the open heath were left to lead. We didn't lay a course onto the land. We uncovered the one already inside it.
The routing follows the natural contours from the first tee to the last green. There are no forced carries over manufactured lakes and no imported sand. The bunkers are the dunes, and the hazards are the ones the land already had.

Before a single hole was drawn, the estate was walked for two years in every season and every wind. The routing is what remained.
02The course

Each one was found on foot long before it was drawn. Walk them in a different light and they play like different holes.

Par 4 · 412 yds
A dogleg left that bends around a stand of two-hundred-year-old umbrella pines. Take them on and a wedge remains; play away and a long iron finds a shelf green tucked into the forest edge.

The tee sits on the lip of a quarry that supplied stone to the region for three centuries. The green is framed by the rock face itself, so a missed shot is simply gone.

The longest hole on the estate crosses open heathland in flower from March to June. Three disciplined shots, a patient putter, and the ocean in view the whole way.

A peninsula green reaching into the reservoir with water on three sides. On still mornings the flag appears twice, once in the air and once in the water.

Uphill toward the clubhouse, where the terrace watches every approach. A generous fairway and a fiercely contoured green make it a hole of nerve.

The clubhouse is set into the slope above the 18th green, its walls pressed from the estate's own earth and its roof drawn as one long timber line. From the fairway it almost disappears. From the terrace you can see the whole course.

A 64-metre roof of cross-laminated larch, cantilevered over the terrace without a single column.
The pavilion opens fully onto the 18th green, so the course becomes the fourth wall.
Thermal mass, cross-ventilation and a solar canopy replace air conditioning entirely.

05Academy & practice
Every bay, green and bunker in the Academy is tracked, so practice turns into progress you can see. The technology stays out of sight. The feedback doesn't.
Forty-eight bays, half covered and heated, with ball-flight tracking on every one. Target greens stretch 320 metres and are shaped like the course’s own.
Three hectares of chipping greens, pitching areas and bunkers, built from the same sand and turf as the championship course.
An indoor studio where laser guides and a pressure-mapped green show exactly how your stroke starts the ball rolling.
3D motion capture, launch monitoring and custom club fitting, with your analysis sent to your phone after every session.
A floodlit par-three course of nine holes from 68 to 142 yards, open until eleven at night. Built for quick rounds, first rounds and late light.
06Membership
Membership is capped at 650 so the course never feels crowded. Tee times run every twelve minutes, the practice ground is yours from first light, and the clubhouse is kept for members and their guests.

Four places to eat, drink and stay, each one looking out over the course. The menus follow the estate garden and the boats that land along the coast each morning.
01 · All-day dining
Wood-fired cooking under the timber canopy, looking straight down the 18th fairway. Breakfast from the first tee time, lunch until the last group walks in.
02 · Tasting menu
Twenty-four seats beneath the clubhouse and a menu that changes with the estate garden, paired with wines from the surrounding valley.
03 · At the turn
A stone pavilion between the 9th green and the 10th tee for coffee, a warm bifana and something cold. Five minutes, then back out.
04 · Stay & play
Twenty-four timber lodges among the pines, each with its own terrace, fireplace and cart. Wake up five minutes from the first tee.

Private events
From a golf day for forty to a wedding for two hundred, the Pavilion, the Terrace and the course itself are yours to shape. Our events team handles everything from the tee sheet to the last dance.
09Lifestyle & nature
Swim in the reservoir before breakfast, run thirty kilometres of trail through the pines, or take the boardwalk down to a beach you'll probably have to yourself. The estate is as much nature reserve as golf course.
